Talents4AA at Equip Auto 2025 – Connecting Talent and Opportunity in the Automotive Aftermarket
From October 14 to 18, 2025, Talents4AA proudly participated in Equip Auto Paris, one of Europe’s leading trade fairs dedicated to the automotive aftersales and services sector.
As part of the Talents Village, the association showcased its mission to attract, develop, and retain talent within the automotive aftermarket. Throughout the five-day event, Talents4AA welcomed students, professionals, and industry representatives, providing insights into its key initiatives such as JobsAutomotive.com, the European job platform for the aftermarket, and the Mentorship Program, which connects experienced professionals with emerging talents seeking guidance and career direction.
Panel Discussion – Training and Hiring in the Automotive Aftermarket
During the event, Stéphane Freitas, General Secretary of Talents4AA, represented the association in a roundtable discussion hosted by Zepros on the topic “Training and Hiring in the Automotive Aftermarket.”
The conversation focused on the current challenges of training and recruitment within the industry and explored ways to strengthen talent pipelines across Europe.
